All Stockyard Smokers cook chambers and fireboxes are fabricated using a minimum 6mm mild steel.
 
Stockyard Smokers are owned and fabricated by Trade qualified and competing competition pit master Chay Adams. These pits are built with the wealth of knowledge in steel fabrication and a true passion for low n slow barbeque. Chay saw the opportunity and the need to build the best custom-built smokers that are tried and proven in competition and backyard BBQ and to still be affordable using Australian made products. Any Stockyard Smoker will be enjoyed for generations to come and is a forever smoker!!
 
ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:
 
The 16'' direct flow offset smoker comes with a 1000mm cook chamber, removable single cooking rack, heavy duty castors, heavy duty bottom wood storage shelf, drain valve, varnished hardwood timber handle, cool touch stainless handles on firebox and flue dampener, 80mm CT030 flaming coals thermometer, laser cut logo in firebox door acting as the air intake and coated in high temp paint.
