Jarrah is endemic to the south-west of Western Australia. Jarrah wood has a medium to heavy smoke (similar to Pecan and Hickory) and is great when paired with beef and smallgoods. Long slow burning so can be used as both a heat and/or flavour source for low n slow or direct grilling.
